Jeffrey St. Firmin is a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He attended Florida Gulf Coast University and received his bachelor degree in Clinical Laboratory Science with a minor in Chemistry. Jeffrey wanted to purse further education and began his Physician Assistant (PA) program at Nova Southeastern University graduating in 2017. After graduation, he remained in the area with a focus in orthopedic surgery helping to complete joint arthroplasty, complicated fractures, and arthroscopic procedures.Jeffrey has always had a passion for acute care therefore he pursed a career in emergency medicine. With over seven years of experience in emergency medicine, where he developed

a strong foundation in acute care and a deep understanding of the challenges patients face when navigating the healthcare system. Through his work in the ER, he saw firsthand how limited access to timely follow-up and preventative care often led patients back to the emergency room — a cycle that could often be prevented with the right support and continuity of care.Motivated to be part of the solution, Jeffrey transitioned into direct primary care and wellness, where he now focuses on delivering accessible, personalized care that empowers patients to take charge of their health. His approach combines the responsiveness of acute care with a proactive, long-term focus on overall well-being.
