Annual Pre-Pay Discounts
You can save even MORE with Annual Prepayment! Pay for a full year upfront and get a 10% discount on your total membership fee.

Referral Incentives
Patients who refer others to Fountain of Youth DPC will receive one free month of membership per referral. There is no limit to the number of referrals a patient can make.

Group Discounts
Families and/or Employee Groups (5+ members) will receive memberships for $65/month per person! There is a $250 registration fee (waived with six months upfront payment in cash).

In-House Dispensed Medication
We provide in-office medication dispensing for convenience. A list of available medications will be updated regularly, and patients can buy them directly at the office for easy access and affordability.
